Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store any credit card or payment information. No refunds are guaranteed. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

All content and code provided in the service are owned by Null Stack and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.

9. No EU Consumer Rights

You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
